Yes, and we would encourage it. Screens never show wood and laminate finishes quite accurately, so a physical sample is the safest way to be sure before you order. We can send samples of the wood, frame and fabric finishes free of charge. Just drop us a message or give us a call and we will get them out to you, usually within a few working days.
MFC stands for melamine faced chipboard, and it is the finish used across most of our desks. It is a tough melamine surface bonded to a chipboard core, chosen because it stands up well to daily use in a busy office. It is hard wearing, scratch and stain resistant, easy to keep clean, and comes in a wide range of contemporary colours and wood effects, so you get a smart, consistent look without the cost of solid timber.
Most of our desks arrive flat for assembly, with the fixings and instructions you need included. Larger or bench style configurations can be more involved, so if you would rather not build them yourself, our team can talk you through delivery and installation options when you request your quote.
Often, yes. A lot of our desking is made to order through UK manufacturers, so non standard sizes are frequently possible. If the size you need is not listed, tell us the dimensions when you enquire and we will let you know what can be done and what it would cost.
Absolutely, and this is where we are at our best. Alongside supplying individual desks, we offer a design service that plans the space and supplies the furniture to fill it as one coordinated job, with 3D visuals before you commit to anything.
